We firmly believe and support our environment and support ‘green energy’ lighting solutions.
At Flolite we pride ourselves on our excellent after sales service. Our customer base consists mainly of electrical wholesalers and lighting houses. We offer short lead times in order to assist our customers to comply with project deadlines.
We supply quality products that comply with S.A.B.S safety specifications, and have scheduled bi-annual, as well as random, S.A.B.S inspections. All other products in our offering that we supply in order to fulfil our customer requirements on complete turnkey solutions, are quality SABS approved products and all imported products have the relevant LOA’s to comply with regulations.

Sean Williams established SW Contracts in 2002, importing and distributing premium quality furniture from Europe. Working with leading South African architects and designers, retailers and restaurant chains, SW Contracts has evolved into a R25 million per annum turnover business and under Sean’s vision and management, the business now features as a leader in the industry. Sean’s commitment to his clients was demonstrated during the recession, despite the period of global negative growth, SW Contracts grew by 26%.
In addition to SW Contracts, Sean opened the SW Creatures Trust, to try and make a difference (see www.swtrust.co.za). Sean is passionate about the environment and has taken to donating 5% of profits earned by SW Contracts to an endangered wildlife fund of Sean’s or the client’s choice.

The chairs supplied by Technochair carry a five-year guarantee. The guarantee covers faulty or defective components used on the chairs plus faulty workmanship. The gas cylinders are guaranteed for two years. Normal wear and tear on the fabric and foam is excluded from the guarantee. The specific guarantee of the Fabric House that supplied the fabric will apply. The guarantee also excludes malicious damage to the chair.
